Steps to Own Your House

  • Step 1
    Register for your preferred Locations
    Choose any of the following way for Registration:
    1. Online registration at www.sayindia.in
    2. Call us on 011-4042 4042
    A unique enrollment number (URN) will be allotted to you via SMS and E-mail.
  • Step 2
    Pay Registration Charges of Rs. 5/-
    Online Registration:
    1. Login to you account and pay online at www.sayindia.in
    You can login into your IPAN account and check your payment status.
  • Step 3
    After site visit by you, you may
    enroll for Draw Slot of your preferred locations by paying the Enrollment fee * of Rs. 5000/-
    (* For details, please refer to Draw Enrollment Process)
    On launch of Shaurya Enclave Group Housing at location opted by you, you will be informed in advance about the site visit period & the date and time of enrolling for thedraw slots in the said Shaurya Enclave Group Housing.
  • Step 4
    Get Flat/Plot Registered in your name
    After completion of payments as per the payment plan opted by you at the time of allotment you will get your flat/plot registered in your name.
  • *In case your name doesn’t come in draw, Enrollment fee will be refunded.

Draw Enrollment Process

  • Step 1
    To participate in Flat/ Plot allotment process, first of all you need to book a slot in draw system.
  • Step 2
    You will be updated via phone, SMS and E-Mail when the dates for draw slot booking are announced.
  • Step 3
    This is a completely automated online process where you will get a chance to book a slot in draw system on first come first serve basis.
  • Step 4
    Select your preferred flat/apartment type:
     1 BHK
     2 BHK
     3 BHK
    Or
    Or the plot size wherever applicable
     100 Sq yards
     150 Sq yards
     200 Sq yards
  • Step 5
    Select your preferred payment plan
     Full payment plan
     Construction Linked payment plan
     Bank loan payment plan
  • Step 6
    After booking your slot in draw system you need to pay Rs. 5000/- within 30 minutes else your slot will be deemed cancelled. Payment for booking amount shall be paid online from debit or credit card only.
  • Step 7
    After a pre-defined number of slot bookings,the date and time of draw will be declared.
  • Step 8
    The complete process of draw will be computerized thus ensuring equal and fair chances of draw for all candidates.
  • Step 9
    On the day of draw you can watch the live draw in your online account on our website.
  • Step 10
    On flat/plot allotment, 10% booking amount should be deposited within 10 days else booking will be deemed cancelled. You can pay the booking amount via cheque or demand draft as per the details sent on your phone and E-Mail.
  • Step 11
    If you don't get a flat/plot in the draw then Rs. 5000/- which has been paid by you during slot booking will be refunded within 7 days to the account linked with the debit or credit card through which you made the payment.
