What will be the sizes of the plots?

Tentative sizes of the plots shall be between

A) 80-120 sq. yd.

B) 160-200 sq. yd.

C) 250-350 sq. yd.

D) 400-500 sq. yd.

What type of apartments will be offered under SAY INDIA?

We will be offering 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK. At certain location there may be additional facilities of extra servant room and study room. Also, if allowed by the competent authorities at the said location, options of expandable apartments may also be offered.

Is SAY INDIA only for Indian defence forces?

SAY INDIA is not exclusively but primarily for Indian defence forces. First privilege of booking will be given to Indian defence force personnel. Booking may be offered to general public, if there are units left after booking by defence force personnel.

Post Possession Quality Maintenance

Post possession maintenance is outcome of a dedicated Resident Welfare Associations ( RWA). Being majority, defence forces personnel are likely to be elected as members of the RWA. With a 3-4 decades of leadership experience behind their back such disciplined and committed defence personnel are sure to run their RWA and manage compounds to a quality level.

Are the locations for plots/flats decided?

The location for Shaurya Enclave will be decided primarily in the vicinity of major cities. We will be selecting the locations which are currently affordable by you and have huge potential to grow in near future. A few of the deciding factors will be good connectivity to nearby major city, good education and health facilities.

How many plots/flats can an individual book?

Indian Defence Force personnel can book only one unit under their name. However, if their immediate family members also intend to book, they may do so by registering themselves under ‘General category’.

Would the projects be approved by government/ Authorities?

Yes. All Plotted townships as well as the group housing project will be offered to you for booking only after due approval by Government or concerned authorities.

What will be the payment plans?

The payment plans for both Plots and Flats will be as under:

There are three plans for making payment:

  • Down Payment
  • 24 Months Instalments Plan
  • Pay in lumpsum

Pay as per construction linked payment plan

Avail a bank loan and pay upto 20 years or as per any another instalment plan if any proposed for the said location

Who will be developing/constructing the plotted plots/flats?

We will be selecting trusted and reputed builders from the specific cities to benefit from their existing knowledge of constructing in the same vicinity.
